"William Blount's will, dated 1831, is recorded in Delaware County, Indiana. He names his children, including a daughter Hannah. Other than the listing in the will, I have never found any references to Hannah Blount. Is anyone else familiar with Hannah?"

"William Conner Blount was a methodist preacher and belonged to the Virginia Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church, South. He was also a chaplain in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. William Conner Blount was a descendent of Sir Edward ? Blount of England whose three sons come to America; one son settled in Virginia and two sons settled in the Carolina. (There should be a Blount coat-of-arms). Sallie Lee Blount's ancestors had Wilson coat-of-arms implazoned with three ___ boars heads.
